I thought I had better crack on with making my Christmas cards, so picked Pippin to start with.
Pippin is in the Create It Magazine Issue 5 from Kraftyhands, on sale HERE
I printed off both sheets onto glossy 240gsm photo card, cut out all elements and assembled the decoupage. I finished off with a sentiment and attached a couple of wobbly eyes from my craft stash. Very quick card to make so would be excellent for the kids to give to friends at school.
Kraftyhands are launching a new cd Totally Tiffany at the start of October.
It comes in A4 format with holes so that you can store in an A4 folder, the cd is kept in a pocket inside the back page with inspiration inside front cover. This can be pre-ordered HERE
called Distress Watercolour Blends 1 (There are a choice of packs, this is the one I chose). I just love these, lovely colours, so tasteful and as always with Kraftyhands' papers they are of the finest quality. A real joy to work with. It is of no surprise that I reached for the lovely English Country Garden postcard toppers. Isn't this Hyacinth image gorgeous! As always I have added a selection of embellishments from my stash.
Another weekend brings another Make it Video, this time we're looking at one of our ever favourite floral CDs. It's getting closer to that spooky time of year when ghosts and ghouls and things that go bump in the night are celebrated on All Hallows Eve. This year we're jumping in to the fun with these mini seasonal Halloween sets.
Wee Horrors Topper Set (12 designs) £1.75 +p&p
Spooky A6 Paper Stack (24 sheets 2 x 12 designs) £2.49 + p&p
Perfect for little cards, trick or treat bags and tags.
Some inspiration from the Romantique Collection cd today.
I made up an 8"x8" white easel card. I die cut the edge with Tonic Plush Peony Die and die cut the flowers using the insert from the cd. I used a Tattered Lace Rose embossing folder. I printed off the blue sheets from the cd and assembled using foam pads. I cut the easel to fit the background paper.
Finished of with turquoise rhinestones to the flowers.

It is my turn to post again today here on Kraftyhands Blog.
I chose to make a personal card for a male this time. When I saw the 'Neutrals' polka dot papers pack ( http://www.kraftyhandsonline.co.uk/webshop/cat_950054-A6.html)
and the lovely Nautical topper it gave me a good start. After adding
a couple of Joy die-cuts and some things from my stash this really made
for a quick card. Really, I think the key is to find a good layout
together with papers and image that co-ordinate and the rest could well be (dare I say! plain sailing!
Take a look at Kraftyhands online shop and I bet you will find lots of different combinations using this layout with their lovely products.
As always, thanks for looking, and have a great day!
Avast me hearties, we're pushing the boat out with a fun pirate themed
