Frosty Friends Christmas Tutorial by DT Member Joey McKelvey

Over the next few weeks we'll be showcasing some Christmas Project Tutorials created by our fabulous DT, the first is from newbie(ish) Joey McKelvey! Hope you like it as much as we do!

I have made a basic Christmas card for you, Using the Frosty Friends Cd Rom, This Cd Rom has some of the sweetest characters and in such wonderful scenes, it really is a MUST have for any crafter, I have fallen in love :)
Step One
Print off the required sheets you want to use from the Cd rom, I printer one Pyramage sheet and two backing papers... Diamond and Dotty
Step Two
I cut the required elements, and made up the pyramage using 3d foam pads, I added some touches to the image using Glamour Dust and Flower Soft
Step Three
I then assembled my card design, I cut the backing papers and matted them, I embossed some white card, This is roughly how I want my card to look, I do this process for every card I make
Step Four
I stuck all the papers down and added my chosen embellishments, in this case, Pearls and Ribbon, This is how the Finished card looks, the Pyramage is so effective to work with, I love the end result.
Step Five
Having printed an insert, (this one is from the portrait selection), I cut and Mounted it on to some black card so the theme from the front follows through to the inside
Step Six
The finished Insert
You really won't be disappointed when you get hold of this CD, Frosty is also avaliable for those who like to colour, as a Digital Image Cd Rom, With 29 of these gorgeous characters and sentiments,  I am hoping Santa may bring that one in my stocking this year lol :)
Thanks for Popping by for my Tute
Joey
